Use our Panda Pastry & Wrap Mix to create fluffy keto pancakes!

30g Panda Pastry & Wrap Mix
30g Ground Almonds (these can be replaced with other milled nuts or seeds)
10g Baking Powder
20g Sweetener (an Erythritol & Monkfruit or Erythritol & Stevia mix)
100ml Almond Milk (or other milk of choice)
Optional: 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
Combine the dry ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir until a smooth paste forms.
Heat a non-stick pan or crepe pan (add butter if needed) and spoon small portions of the mix on top. We get 6 pancakes from this mix.
Once bubbles begin to form on one side, use a spatula to flip the pancakes over to finish cooking on the other side. After a couple more minutes, the pancakes should be fully cooked!
