Storage

We use minimal preservatives, so most products have a shelf-life of 5 days. We recommend freezing the items on receipt, unless they'll be used within a couple of days of delivery. All products have Best Before dates & storage instructions on the labels.

Great taste

Great bread & taste. Very soft so hard to spread without tearing bread. Hard to toast. Don't be alarmed if appears mouldy esp after freezing, it's just the seeds not mould

great taste, not so great to handle when frozen

the bread tastes lovely, and being low carbs ANd gluten free is a win win for me, but i am going to agree with others. The slices could be thicker, because once it's frozen, it's impossible to separate the slices without either defrosting the bread slightly or breaking them. had the same issue with wraps. still, going to buy more
