Storage

Very nice little keto cheesecake.

Thin, but ok taste

This was a 1.5 cm layer of the baked filling, over a 0.5 cm of a base layer that tasted strongly of almond.
The flavours were nice.

I’ve had baked cheesecake before, and they are usually at least 5-6 cm deep, so it was surprising to see this one so thin.

My husband and I each had a quarter of this today. When I handed him the plate, he thought I had just given him a corner, not a full portion.

I should have known the portions would be tiny from the sales image (the filling hardly comes up the sides of the cardboard tray), but I hadn’t realised that it would really only give 2 proper portions or 2 minute snacks.

We both liked the flavour.

This was bought the same time as the walnut cake for a birthday party and this one was the winner. Everyone finished this off, unlike the walnut cake that went into the bin. This was full of flavour, a little squished in the delivery process and the moisture leaked out so if you are ordering flour or things in paper bags, ask for them to put it in a bag as my flour was damp.
