We use minimal preservatives, so most products have a shelf-life of 5 days. We recommend freezing the items on receipt, unless they'll be used within a couple of days of delivery. All products have Best Before dates & storage instructions on the labels.

Instructions
Per 170g Mix (third of the bag), add:
- 60ml Olive oil or melted butter
- 3 medium eggs
- 100g Soured Cream
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Combine all of the wet ingredients in a large bowl and add the dry mix. Stir until completely mixed and spoon either into 2 small trays (we use 5 x 4 inches to make our slabs) or add all the mix to a 7 inch round tin for a larger cake. Bake the smaller cakes for 15-20 minutes, and the larger cake for 25-30 minutes, until firm to touch.

Almonds (Nuts), Sweetener (Erythritol, Monkfruit), Cocoa Powder, Baking Powder (sodium dihydrogen diphosphate, sodium biocarbonate, calcium sulphate).
