Storage

We use minimal preservatives, so most products have a shelf-life of 5 days. We recommend freezing the items on receipt, unless they'll be used within a couple of days of delivery. All products have Best Before dates & storage instructions on the labels.

Tried a new product, it's delicious and even though I dont have any allergies, dairy free, still tasty!

Soft sponge

Not sure on the icing as it felt a bit burny in my mouth? Could be the cooling effect of erythritol but unsure. Half way through I removed it and ate the sponge only which I was happy with.
The sponge is nice and soft, even straight from the fridge but it could be more lemony, needs a bit more sharpness in my opinion and perhaps a little more salt. Impressed with the low net carbs achieved.
Overall a nice treat, but I don't think I'll get this one again.
I might try the lemon poppyseed next time.

Always recommending the lemon drizzle

I've had doughnuts, brownies and cakes and although I enjoy them all, I will always recommend the lemon drizzle. I literally cannot taste any difference between this and the non keto versions of the cake

Lovely moist cake with great flavour. Only comment would be that by looking at the pictures it looked like it had a topping, but doesn't. I totally understand why as it would be tricky freezing with a topping. Overall great product
