Instructions

• Combine 1 medium egg (approx. 50g), 70g cold water and 25g olive oil

• Add 60g Panda Flour® Bagel mix and combine well until a dough is formed.

• Divide the dough into 2 equal portions (around 90g each)

• Form a ball and push a hole through the middle with a thumb and shape the bagel by rotation the dough around the thumb

• Either steam the bagel for 5 minutes or dip in boiled water for 20 - 30 seconds.

• During this process the bagel will generally increase in size by 20-30%

• Bake for 15 minutes at 190°C or until golden brown.
