We use minimal preservatives, so most products have a shelf-life of 5 days. We recommend freezing the items on receipt, unless they'll be used within a couple of days of delivery. All products have Best Before dates & storage instructions on the labels.
Make your own stuffing using our new Panda Stuffing Mix - made with Panda Bread crumbs! Or, add this to pork mince to make sausages at home. Choose between the standard stuffing mix, or a blood sausage mix.

Standard Stuffing / Sausage Mix Ingredients:
Panda Bread (Yogurt (Milk), Water, Linseeds, Bamboo Fibre, Sunflower Seeds, Psyllium Husks, Chia Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, Egg, Bicarbonate Of Soda, Apple Cider Vinegar, Salt, Yeast Vitamin C.), Garlic Powder (Sulphites), Rosemary, Sage, Salt, Xanthan Gum (E415).

Blood Sausage Mix Ingredients:
Panda Bread (Yogurt (Milk), Water, Linseeds, Bamboo Fibre, Sunflower Seeds, Psyllium Husks, Chia Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, Egg, Bicarbonate Of Soda, Apple Cider Vinegar, Salt, Yeast Vitamin C.), Dried Pig Blood, Mixed Herbs, Garlic Powder (Sulphites), Salt, Onion Powder.

Cooking instructions:
Mix 50g dried stuffing mix with 1 egg, 25ml water and 10g butter (optional but makes a better stuffing). Mix well and divide into 2 large of 4 small balls. Bake at 180°C for 8 minutes.

Enjoyed the black pudding i made with this mix,not too spicy,nice balance of flavours,can't fault it really,really quick and easy to make too.
This product is packed full of flavour . So far I have just made black pudding with it. This was a success in making a cleaner black pudding than the shop bought. But I am looking forward to making stuffing for christmas .
